 With over 28 years of experience in environmental policy and strategic planning, I am a results-oriented and collaborative expert who can help clients navigate complex regulatory and legislative challenges. 

I founded my own firm in November 2023, after representing the world's leading automobile manufacturers on virtually every major environmental regulation developed by both the California Air Resources Board (CARB) and U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (U.S. EPA).

In my previous roles as Vice President of Energy & Environment at the Alliance for Automotive Innovation and the Alliance of Automobile Manufacturers, I was responsible for state and federal legislation and regulations covering vehicle emission controls, including zero emission vehicles (ZEVs), California’s Low Emission Vehicle (LEV) program, U.S. EPA’s Tier 3, and On-Board Diagnostics (OBD).

I maintain exceptional relationships at all levels in both industry and government, and I have a proven track record of working cooperatively and constructively to find solutions that benefit both sides. I have strong skills in regulatory policy, legislative policy, and program management.
